About the role

Dotsure is looking for a curious, analytically minded graduate to join our actuarial team as a Graduate - Pricing Analyst. This role sits at the heart of how we price our products and balancing fairness for customers with sustainable business performance.

You’ll work closely with the actuarial manager and broader business teams, using data to understand trends, improve pricing models, and support better decision-making across the business.

If you enjoy working with data, asking “why”, and turning insights into action, this role will give you strong exposure to real-world actuarial work in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll contribute to both the technical and commercial side of pricing:

• Build and refine pricing models using actuarial tools to improve accuracy and performance
• Analyse profitability across different product lines (e.g. pet, motor, and other personal lines)
• Support product reviews by assessing pricing structures and design effectiveness
• Monitor claims trends and perform experience analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
