- 3–5 years’ experience in a field technician or infrastructure support role
- Experience in understanding IP networks – routing, DNS, port forwarding, static IP, firewall rules
- Experience with routers, switches, wireless access points (APs), and network diagnostics tools
- Strong troubleshooting ability and hands-on technical execution
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems on-site
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Install and configure parking equipment, access control systems, LPR cameras, and network hardware
- Ensure stable network infrastructure across all sites (LAN/WAN, fibre, wireless bridges, mobile failovers)
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in real time
- Perform on-site diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and upgrades
- Provide support during deployments of parking and integrated solutions
- Collaborate with software developers to test, launch, and refine new tech solutions
- Document installations, technical issues, and resolutions for internal reference
