Content Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage compelling conference programmes that reflect current industry trends and audience interests.
• Create and execute targeted social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and community engagement.
• Research and produce insightful content for events, publications, blogs, and digital platforms.
• Write high-quality articles, proposals, press releases, and ROI reports aligned with business goals.
• Guide creative direction for marketing, video, design, and brand identity assets.
• Build and implement PR strategies and media placements to increase brand visibility.
• Source and coordinate with high-profile speakers, contributors, and freelance journalists.
• Manage consistent and engaging content across social media channels and digital platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end content distribution through social, digital, and traditional publishing.
• Lead pre-event briefings to ensure speakers are prepared and aligned with event objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise content strategies for maximum reach and impact.

Minimum qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years’ proven experience in content management, PR, journalism, or conference programming.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research abilities with a strong content portfolio.
• Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of media strategy, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, creative, and results-driven.
