Requirements
- Min 3-5 years working experience in a relevant field
- Proven working experience as an IT / OT administrator, system administrator or relevant experience
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), patch management and cloud technologies
- Ability to create scripts in VB.net, HTML, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, A+ or other language
- Internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Expert in computer hardware: PC’s, servers and VM etc.
- Experience with Microsoft active directory domain controllers
- Experience with VMWARE virtual technologies and backup methods
- Beneficial experience on Linux systems like Kubernetes
- Beneficial experience Network infrastructure, network setup and fire-wall configurations
- Matric (grade 12)
- National diploma/ BSc/BA: information technology: computer science or related
- Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
