Your purposeDrive measurable, sustainable business growth by securing and growing strategic partnerships with motor dealerships and dealer groups. You’ll be the connector between opportunity and value, ensuring both Dotsure and our partners succeed together.
Your mission
Deliver a seamless, high-value insurance experience to motor dealer partners by building trust, aligning operational capabilities, and embedding our solutions deep into dealership workflows.
What you’ll own
Relationship development and account growth in the motor dealer space
- Identify and influence key decision-makers within Dealerships, and Develop long-term, trusted partnerships across all dealership levels.
- Map dealership structures to uncover buying centres and partnership levers.
- Pitch and present tailored insurance solutions that fit each dealer’s unique business model.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Be the glue between field sales, telesales, operations, and product teams ensuring aligned execution.
- Drive joint success with Office Bound Sales operation teams to service relationships
Operational excellence
- Keep close tabs on your prospecting activity. Think updated CRM records with prospecting travel logs, outcomes, and partner profiles.
- Provide constant updates from highlighting risks, and spotting growth opportunities early.
- Continuous Self-development within the Insurance, Motor Trade and Technology sectors.
Who you are
- A commercially savvy professional with deep understanding of the Motor Dealer landscape.
- A natural relationship builder who gains trust and delivers real value.
- A resilient, self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
- A team player who drives alignment and champions collaboration
- Proven experience in B2B sales/Account Management (Motor Trade or Insurance Sector preferred)
- Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders.
- Sound commercial judgment and understanding of revenue drivers in motor retail.
- Excellent planning and execution skills you know how to run a pipeline.
- Data-informed decision-making and the ability to spot trends and opportunities early.
