The ability to manage a team on site, from a hospitality perspective is a key component of this position
The ideal candidate should possess practical experience within a high-end event and hospitality environment
Candidates should demonstrate the capacity to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be willing to put in long hours when necessary to ensure the successful execution of events.
This individual will be responsible for:
• Recruiting and increasing our database of casual staff
• Training service staff for event service
• Allocating staff to functions
• Managing our casual staff at events
Requirements
- Excel Microsoft Literate
- Hospitality/eventing experience
- Driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Available to work over weekends and to work long hours
- Degree/diploma
- Previous management experience
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and hard-working
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
