About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer to craft elegant, data-driven digital experiences in the mobile space.
You’ll own the full design lifecycle of our primary web and mobile product, from wireframes and conversion journeys to refined, production-ready UI. This role demands equal parts creative vision and analytical precision, turning complex flows into effortless, high-performing experiences. 

• You’ll Be Responsible For
  

• Designing conversion-optimised customer journeys across mobile and web, from concept through to launch.

• • Building and maintaining Figma-based design systems that scale across platforms.
    

  • Partnering with developers to ensure flawless implementation and visual QA.
    

  • Using analytics and usability testing to iterate, refine, and measure impact.
    

  • Bringing fresh thinking to interaction design, motion, and accessibility.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration — You thrive in agile teams, translating product goals into tangible design solutions through Figma, prototyping, and rapid iteration.
     

  5. Clarity and Craft — You sweat the details. Typography, spacing, and motion all matter equally in delivering premium, intuitive interfaces.
     

  Your Background
  

  • 3–5+ years’ experience designing digital products for web or mobile platforms.
    

  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with strong understanding of responsive grids and component logic.
    

  • Experience working with product managers, developers, and researchers in iterative, data-informed environments.
    

  • A portfolio demonstrating real-world design impact such as conversion lifts, usability improvements, or measurable business outcomes.
    

  • Bonus: experience with low-code tools like Webflow or Framer, or with motion systems.
