We’re now looking for a Mid-Designer to join our growing creative team – someone with solid design craft, fresh ideas, and the hunger to keep learning and pushing creative boundaries.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute design concepts across a range of brands and sectors, from wines and spirits to lifestyle, retail, and purpose-driven projects.
• Translate strategic thinking and creative briefs into compelling, memorable visual solutions.
• Work confidently across both digital and print, balancing conceptual creativity with executional precision.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, writers, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Present design ideas clearly, internally and to clients, with the ability to articulate the “why” behind your creative choices.
• Stay curious – keeping an eye on design, cultural and tech trends to bring fresh inspiration into the work.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Designer, preferably in an advertising or brand-focused environment.
• A portfolio that shows strong design foundations – layout, typography, colour, and image – as well as conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you’re comfortable in Figma or motion/video editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to take projects from concept to final production-ready artwork.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset – comfortable working independently but also thrives in collaboration.
• The ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and client needs.
• Curiosity about human behaviour, culture, and creativity (a love of the brain is optional, but encouraged!).
