As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer at Fishgate, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to execution, working closely with our creative team and clients. We’re looking for someone conceptually strong, who can develop smart, creative ideas and bring them to life visually across branding, digital, and print. You’ll play an important role in shaping visual solutions while continuing to grow your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you’ll get up to:
&• Designing across branding, digital, print, and social platforms
&• Creating high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets
&• Leading and contributing to creative concepts and visual directions
&• Setting up and preparing artwork for print and large-scale formats
&• Collaborating with designers, strategists, and clients
&• Contributing to brainstorming and creative sessions
&• Managing your own projects and deadlines
What we’re looking for:
&• A tertiary qualification in graphic design or related field
&• 4+ years’ experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio
&• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
&• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
&• Conceptually strong with the ability to develop and present ideas to the team
&• Experience with print setup, and digital formats
&• Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing (a big plus)
&• Good communication skills and confidence presenting ideas
&• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
&• A collaborative, positive attitude
