We’re hiring: Senior Production Manager (Print and Retail display)

Are you a master of bringing creative concepts to life — from print to production floor?
We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead our fabrication and workshop operations, ensuring every project leaves our doors at the highest standard.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee all aspects of print and retail display production, from materials sourcing to final installation.
  

• Manage fabrication, workflow, and stock control to ensure efficiency and quality.
  

• Lead a talented workshop team — fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines, and client expectations.
  

• Maintain quality control processes and ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld.
  

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in print production and retail display manufacturing (minimum 5+ years in a senior role).
  

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
  

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  

• A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset — you make things happen.
