Broker Area Manager

Role requirements:

• A property-related qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in commercial and/or industrial property
• Genuine passion for the industry
• Strong client service orientation and negotiation skills
• Professional communication abilities
• Excellent networking skills
• Solid understanding of market trends and sales/marketing strategies
• Previous experience in a leadership role
