Job description
M3ads is an Advertising company specialising in high-impact Out-of-Home(OOH) and print media solutions, including taxi advertising, billboards, transit media and print platforms.We're looking for a highly motivated, commission-driven Advertising Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals and earning based on performance. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work remotely while actively engaging clients in the field.
This role is best suited for a confident sales professional who wants uncapped earning potential and the freedom to manage their own pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new clients for OOH and print advertising
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Present tailored advertising solutions to meet client objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential)
- Flexible hybrid working environment

Requirements
- Proven sales experience (advertising/media sales an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven with a hunter mentality
- Ability to work independently and manage manage your own schedule
- Own network of Clients (advantageous)
