What you’ll do

• Own the lead funnel – respond to inbound web, WhatsApp, and phone enquiries within minutes and keep prospects moving through the qualification pipeline.
• Win trust, close deals – explain our rent-to-own model in plain language, overcome objections, and seal the deal with clear next steps.
• Champion the customer – guide applicants through paperwork, credit checks, and vehicle hand-over, ensuring an exceptional first-drive experience.
• Keep the engine humming – update the CRM, track your KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing to give feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
• Grow with us – hit your numbers and carve out a fast-track path to Senior Consultant or Team Lead.

• Magnetic energy – friendly, upbeat, and persuasive on the phone, on chat, and in person.
• Proven success in sales (automotive, finance, telecoms, or insurance a plus).
• Matric certificate; a driver’s licence helps you relate to our customers.
• A mindset that says, “Targets are there to be smashed.”
