About the Industry

Operating within the flexographic (flexo) print space, our client services a broad range of packaging and labelling customers across South Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a technical manufacturing environment that blends creativity, production, and client service.
 Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team
  

• Process quotes, sales orders, and job tickets accurately
  

• Liaise with production, design, and procurement teams
  

• Manage client queries, follow-ups, and delivery timelines
  

• Maintain CRM systems and sales records
  

• Assist with reporting and general sales administration
  

• Requirements
  

• 2–5 years’ experience in an internal sales / sales support / customer service role
  

• Matric

• Experience in print, packaging, labels, or manufacturing (highly advantageous)
  

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
  

• Excellent communication skills
  

• Proficiency in MS Office 
  

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
