Senior Sales Executive - TV, Video & Audio Visual

Our client, one of SA’s leading film, TV, video and AV companies, is on the hunt for a dynamic energetic Salesperson, a HUNTER by nature, to join their team,  where hard work, team collaboration and fun are at the forefront of their culture. They are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality services to some of SA’s Biggest Blue-chip corporates and agencies; and are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join their team.

The ideal candidate must be a driven self-motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and with prior experience in either the film, TV, video, advertising, media and / or events industry. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry and play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements:

 At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the film, TV, video, media, audio visual and / or events industry.

• Existing relationships with large blue chip clients, Ad Agencies, AV companies and / or Government Sectors
• An understanding of sales psychology
• A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• A high vibrant energy, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship building and networking abilities
• An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
• Drafting detailed quotations and invoices

Candidates that will be considered will be confident in cold outreach, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and generating their own leads. This needs to be your core strength, not just a sideline to account management.
