Are you a creative and detail-driven marketing enthusiast with a passion for campaigns, activations, and brand storytelling? We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive impactful marketing efforts across digital, print, and on-the-ground experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and support promotional events, activations, and brand campaigns in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage content calendars and post scheduling across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design on-brand visuals using Canva and other content creation tools.
• Collaborate on the rollout of internal campaigns and assist with general marketing office tasks, design briefs, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with reporting, market research, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Support on-site logistics for marketing activations and ensure seamless execution of brand experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand support (experience in events, activations, or promotions is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of key social media platforms and how to create content that performs.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as Canva, with working knowledge of other design/editing tools a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills — must be comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves at events and campaigns.
