  Our dynamic TV production company is seeking a Junior Post Production Coordinator to support our multi-platform post-production team. This role is ideal for someone with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in post-production management.
  Key Responsibilities

  Administration & Workflow
  

  • Manage the administration of the post-production department, including paperwork, documentation, and proper storage of final video/audio masters and offline editorial materials.
    

  • Assist in scheduling, tracking, and monitoring post-production across multiple shows.
    

  • Maintain version control and ensure projects are well-documented and archived.
    

  Communication & Coordination
  

  • Maintain strong communication channels between production and post-production teams.
    

  • Attend viewings and feedback sessions, capturing and communicating notes clearly to the editorial and creative teams.
    

  • Ensure transparency and accountability in workflows and reporting.
    

  Quality Control & Delivery
  

  • Ensure deliverables meet technical and creative standards before submission.
    

  • Support troubleshooting processes and escalate issues where necessary.
    

  • Coordinate resources and assist with balancing workloads across projects.
    

  Problem-Solving & Team Support
  

  • Identify and resolve creative or practical challenges in collaboration with editors, sound engineers, and colourists.
    

  • Support senior post-production management with reporting and administrative duties.
    

  • Contribute to building a positive, solutions-driven team culture.
    

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For
  

  • 0–2 years’ experience in post-production coordination or management (TV or Film preferred).
    

  • Diploma/Degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    

  • Solid understanding of post-production workflows and processes.
    

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry tools, technology, and effects that can be achieved through evolving post-production techniques.
    

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands.
    

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to persuade producers of both the creative possibilities and limitations of post-production.
    

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
