    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly professional, detail-orientated, and resourceful lifestyle ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our premium clientele, managing their requests with precision, efficiency, and a proactive approach. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong network of contacts, and the ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service.

    Key responsibilities:

    &&• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs and expectations to deliver tailored services.

       Request fulfilment: Handle a wide range of client requests, including but not limited to luxury travel arrangements, restaurant           reservations, event planning, personal shopping, and access to exclusive experiences and services&&• Problem solving: Anticipate potential challenges and resolve issues swiftly and discreetly, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

    &&• Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure high-quality services, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure  timely delivery.

    &&• Lifestyle management: Assist clients with day-to-day tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing travel itineraries, or coordinating   household services.

    &&• Event planning: Organise and execute high-profile events, from private events to international trips, ensuring every detail aligns with the  client’s vision.

    &&• Research and recommendations: Provide curated recommendations for dining, entertainment, travel destinations, and other lifestyle services based on client preferences.

    &&• 24/7 Availability: Be available to respond to client requests promptly, including outside standard business hours, as needed.

    &&• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all client information and requests.

    &&• Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and service history using CRM systems.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 2-3 years in a concierge, hospitality, customer service, or luxury service role. Experience in luxury travel, event planning, or personal assistant roles is a plus.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients and stakeholders.

    • Problem-solving skills: Strong critical thinking skills and resourcefulness to address complex or last-minute requests.

    • Organisation: Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

    • Networking: Established connections in luxury services (e.g., travel, dining, entertainment) or the ability to quickly build a network.

    • Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.

    • Cultural awareness: Sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to tailor services for our clientele.

    • Language skills: Fluency in English is required; additional local and international languages (e.g., French, Spanish, and Mandarin) are highly desirable.

    • Professionalism: Polished demeanour, impeccable presentation, and a commitment to delivering white-glove service.

    • Availability: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as client needs dictate.
