Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) who’s passionate about building clean, scalable systems that make a real difference in people’s lives. If you want to write software that matters, now’s your chance.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a senior engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our platform and setting the tone for engineering excellence:

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience building scalable apps with Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React is a bonus)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and DevOps tools
• Bonus: Experience with healthcare integrations (e.g. TPP SystemOne)

Nice to Have:

 

• Experience taking a product from zero to one
• Familiarity with search tech (ElasticSearch/OpenSearch)
• Prior startup or agile environment experience
• A desire to grow into a leadership or team lead role
