Are you a customer-focused multitasker with a passion for aviation?

No chancers - if you don’t have the relevant experience or see yourself being passionate about selling our products and services after going on our website, do not apply. We need someone who coordinates and controls the departments administrative functionality and attends to duties as well as procedures given to facilitate and support the supplier and customer, keeping all customers informed and up to date by updating, processing and maintaining customers and suppliers' orders. Main responsibilities include providing excellent customer service experiences, taking ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution, follow service procedures, policies and standards, quoting and following up and processing of sales orders.
