Quality Assurance Technician

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and project alignment
• Design and execute effective testing frameworks
• Test applications across diverse platforms and devices
• Develop detailed test cases and document results
• Perform system audits and regression testing to ensure high standards
• Drive the quality and reliability of product releases across our SDLC
• Collaborate to grow the QA function and optimise testing practices
• Proactively identify improvements to enhance user experience and product quality
• Monitor product metrics and take initiatives on resolving issues
• Communicate progress on critical issues to our customer service and success teams

What we’re looking for:

•  Exposure to QA / testing environments
• Basic knowledge of programming frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Eagerness to grow and develop professionally

 Bonus points if you have:

•  One-plus years of experience in software testing or QA
• A relevant certification or degree in software testing or quality assurance
• Contactable references
