Our client is looking to employ a skilled workshop controller to oversee quality checks, audits and processes in the workshop.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct and complete vehicle quality checks, audits, processes, and inspections as required.
• Perform test drives to assess vehicle performance.
• Maintain high standards of work quality.
• Support team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Resolve issues and challenges as they arise.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Prioritise health and safety standards and procedures.
• Order correct parts for vehicle repairs.
• Adhere to warranty standards.
• Ensure servicing work is completed correctly, competently, and on time, prioritising customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in the motor industry.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
• Technical background preferred.
