Digital Designer

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for digital design and impactful communication? Rainmaker Marketing is looking for a Digital Designer to join our dynamic creative team and help us deliver world-class digital communication and property marketing campaigns.

 

Our expectations:
Take the lead on email design, strategy, and execution (70% of your role). You’ll create compelling, responsive email campaigns that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable results.

• Design and optimise Google Ads to drive engagement and conversions.
•  Create scroll-stopping social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Provide ad hoc support across design needs including brochures, presentations, and internal communication.

• Minimum requirements:
•  A Graphic Design Diploma or higher qualification.
•  At least 3 years’ experience in a digital-focused design role.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven ability to design and execute email campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in property/real estate or luxury brand marketing.
• Knowledge of Google and Meta ad optimisation.
•  A flair for balancing creativity with performance-driven design.
