Requirements

• Adobe mastery: The Adobe Creative Suite is your playground; you have a deep, intuitive understanding of the standard products.
• The web architect: You can navigate WordPress (Divi and Elementor) with your eyes closed and have the technical chops to build beautiful, responsive experiences in Webflow.
• The 4-Year Itch: You have 4+ years of professional experience winning praise and/or accolades for your work.

The "wow" factors (advantageous):

• Layout lover: You have a genuine passion for layout design. It’s a craft, not just a task.
• The modern kit: You are a Figma fan, a Canva pro, and you’re always the first to master new software before it hits the mainstream.
• Pixel perfection: You work at "chop-chop" speed without losing the plot. Your personal bar is set to "impeccable."
