      We want a team player, a hot talent matcher, a key connector and a rock star in recruitment. if you're not there yet but highly ambitious, thats ok - we will train you! We just need you to come with a winners attitude.

      We're not looking for bags of experience here. Our only requirement is that you need to be competitive, ambitious and attention to detail with speed as your strongest asset. If you were an athlete at school, or you play sports on a regular basis as well as have either 1 year of recruitment experience, event promotion or similar, we want to talk to you!

      Some of our top billers started at The Talent Boom with no experience apart from a "not giving up" attitude, and laser focused on making money and closing the deal.


      We need someone that can grasp the importance of recruitment and headhunting from every angle and finding and retaining the right creative, digital, product and AI talent to make matches with our product, SaaS, AI, advertising agency and consulting clients.

      We also want someone who is strategic with a good eye for detail and moves at lightening speed!

      As you can probably tell from our job brief, we’re not a corporate environment, so we’re keen to hear from seriously solid headhunters who want to be in a more flexible, creative environment whilst still maintaining top billings.

      Our clients include global ad agencies such as AKQA and VaynerMedia, to SaaS companies such as Vimeo and Semrush, to consultancy firms like PWC to worlds leading brands such as Adidas and Audible. Our vc clients include Sequioa cap.

      We have recently opened a new arm of our headhunting firm which ( excuse the pun ), is BOOMING. We are working with some of the most exciting start-ups and scale-ups on the planet. The AI and Product industry is our main focus with founding positions as well as senior roles in the US in the operations, design, solutions, customer, data,  product and strategy realm. 

      The job:

      Welcome to the wild world of headhunting, recruitment and the SaaS and AI space! We are looking to add people into our US team, where the hunt is on BIG TIME! You'll be sourcing top talent to secure and introduce them to our clients across the US. Efficiency and speed is absolutely key here.

      The role:

      Talent hunting:
      • Hunt, recruit, interview and secure highly skilled digital, product and AI professionals in permanent employment
      • Our clients are large international advertising agencies, worlds leading brands, consulting firms, early stage start-ups, scale ups, OTT and SaaS companies.
      • Strategic head hunting – especially to find critical roles for founding teams.
      • Grow and nurture a community of creative professionals located mainly in USA and Europe.
      • Consistently utilise and uncover the most relevant and trending ways to source hard to find tech talent
      • Foster an organically growing network of talent through referrals, based on expert customer service, professionalism and credibility, industry insight, and mutual respect
      • Help to develop recruitment strategies and materials
      • Be active on Social Media to scout out top talent
      The person:
      • You’ll have a highly competitive edge. We're looking for people who are used to competition daily. If you played sports at school/Uni - great! If you're a sports coach in your spare time - fab! Most of our successful junior talent scouts came with no experience but a winning attitude. 
      • If you have a year or so in recruitment, events, promotions, internship at a SaaS start-up, even better!
      • Ability to connect and converse with a wide range of people from director to C level professionals as well as different cultures as we headhunt globally.
      • Truly understand the start-up grind and have the ability to zone in on hunting for critical roles, particularly for our start-up clients looking for founding teams or early hires across US ( Mainly San Francisco area, Texas and NY).
      • Great eye for talent with the ability to speak to talent at all levels
      • Leadership skills to nurture, lead and mentor a team of consultants.
      • Recruitment is what you make of it so we’re looking for strategic, ambitious self starters looking to earn great money each month from our unique commission plan.
      • This is strictly a talent delivery role and no business development is involved
      • Able to work to targets in a flexible environment. We don’t do ‘ breathe down your neck’ tactics here. We are also completely remote.
      • We do not follow typical recruitment methods and use job boards etc so you’ll need to be a skilled talent scout, enthusiastic social media recruiter and a strategic head hunter.
      • We do global business so you will need to be 100% globally minded.
      The benefits:
      • A highly competitive basic salary
      • Bonus each month. We offer bonus from 10% – 20%
      • Work laptop allowance
      • Unlimited annual leave. No cap on this.
      • Flexible working hours
      • Two months option to work remotely overseas with the company flight contribution up to 100% based on performance and target hitting.
      • Incentives on top of bonus to includes giveaways from MacBook to trips abroad
