    We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the label printing industry, based in the Cape Winelands, for a results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. We are also willing to look at a Customer Relations or Internal Sales person who would like to move into external sales.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong industry experience, a passion for building relationships, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Job purpose:

    The sales executive will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth across assigned accounts, and securing new business opportunities in both established and emerging markets.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop new business relationships and open opportunities in key markets

    • Maintain and grow existing client accounts to meet and exceed sales targets

    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

    • Ensure internal processes and reporting standards are consistently followed

    • Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their market and industry needs

    • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on sales activities and pipelines

    • Ensure smooth communication and information flow between the business and clients

    Skills and competencies:

    • Client engagement and relationship-building skills

    • Confident negotiator with strong presentation abilities

    • Analytical and creative thinker with commercial insight

    • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills

    • Able to interpret market trends and data to identify growth opportunities

    • High levels of motivation, resilience, and stress tolerance

    • Influencing and leadership potential, with a drive for results

    Minimum requirements:

    • Post-matric qualification in sales, marketing, or related commercial field

    • Strong commercial acumen

    • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the label printing / packaging industry

    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
