Internal Sales Administrator

The Internal Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales function by managing customer accounts, coordinating sales administration, and ensuring the smooth processing of orders from quotation through to delivery. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Qualifications / Requirements

  • Grade 12 (matric) – essential
    

  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in a sales administration, internal sales, or customer service role
    

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments preferred
    

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships
