Job description
Finance Administrator – Cape TownAn established office automation company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator with strong debtors and creditors experience on Pastel Accounting (Pastel Essential).
Key responsibilities:
- Full debtors function: invoicing, statements, allocations, collections
- Full creditors function: capturing invoices, supplier reconciliations, payments
- Maintain accurate records on Pastel Essential
- Debtor analysis and follow-ups
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Resolve customer and supplier queries
- General financial administration
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a finance/accounts role
- Pastel Accounting (Pastel Essential) experience – essential
- Solid experience with both debtors and creditors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Location:
- Cape Town, Western Cape
Salary: Market related (based on experience)
