ViacomCBS restructures its leadership team

ViacomCBS International Media Networks has done a management restructure of its international networks division, which is intended to leverage its expanded operations post-merger.

Kerry Taylor has been promoted to executive vice president of VCNI entertainment and youth brands, reporting to David Lynn and Chris McCarthy, presidents of entertainment and youth brands, ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks.

Jules Borkent has been promoted to executive vice president of VCNI kids and family. Maria Kyriacou will join the newly expanded division on February 3, 2020 with a new brief as president of ViacomCBS Networks UK and Australia.

Raffaele Annecchino takes on an expanded role as president of ViacomCBS Networks Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. JC Acosta will be the third of the division's senior pan-regional leaders, having recently been promoted to president of ViacomCBS Networks Americas.

Pierluigi Gazzolo has been promoted to president of studios and OTT for ViacomCBS Networks International.
