New CEO for Network Healthcare Holdings

Jacques du Plessis has been appointed as the new CEO for the Netcare Hospital Division with effect 1 June 2008. Du Plessis has been a senior member of the Medicross, Netcare and Prime Cure management teams for more than a decade. He initially fulfilled the role of Financial Director with Medicross before moving into operational roles as COO of Medicross and in 2006 as CEO of Netcare's Primary Care Division.
