MDDA candidates shortlisted to 33
Parliament's Portfolio Communications Committee has shortlisted 33 of the 94 candidates for the six board positions on the new Media Diversity and Development Agency. The new body's function will be to encourage ownership, control of, and access to media by historically disadvantaged groups. Open and transparent interviews of the shortlisted candidates will begin on 15 August.
