Primedia welcomes high court ruling on Black First Land First
Primedia Broadcasting welcomed the Johannesburg High Court ruling that hinders members of Black First Land First from intimidating, harassing, assaulting, threatening, and coming to the homes of journalists. The court also ruled that the organisation make a public statement, condemning such behaviour, to its members within 12 hours of the ruling.
Five of the 11 applicants in the court case were journalists and presenters at Primedia.
