Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the bank’s AI strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data scientists to deliver world-class AI/ML solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models — from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities that deliver measurable impact.
- Ensure AI/ML models meet ethical, regulatory, and governance standards.
- Champion a data-driven culture and establish best practices for AI adoption across the bank.
Qualifications and experience: - Master’s/PhD in information technology, machine learning, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and leadership.
- Strong skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Cloud AI expertise on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Bonus points for: - Experience in financial services or banking analytics.
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI model governance frameworks.
- Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, or computer vision technologies.
