Our client is seeking energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join a high-performing call center team. The role involves selling products/services telephonically, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a supportive and results-focused environment.

Salary / CTC: R4 986,43 + Commission & Bonuses (Performance-based) (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)
Report to: Sales Team Leader
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell company products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle client objections professionally and close deals.
• Update CRM or call logs with customer information and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Sales training/certification (advantageous)

Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Resilient and target-driven
• Able to work independently and in a team

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year call center experience (sales environment preferred)

Working Conditions:

• Office-based (Rosebank)
• Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (rotational days off)
