Repair Foreman

Job Overview: An oven-repair and cleaning company in Durban is looking for a repair technician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing repair work, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, and delivering excellent client service.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise repair technicians and allocate tasks accordingly
• Inspect and test damaged or faulty equipment
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment
• Communicate with clients to understand their repair needs and provide updates
• Train new technicians on repair techniques and safety procedures
• Traveling to clients all around Durban
• Ensure company vehicle is neat and taken care of.

Requirements (non-negotiable)

• Technical experience
• Be client-focused
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Exhibit professionalism in all interactions.

Industry-specific training will be provided for the right candidate.
