Show profile Hide profileOn completion of my ND in Public Management CPUT, I chose to explore one of my other interests i.e. Business and finance. This has been an exciting venture for me thus far as I have worked for major Financial Companies such Sanlam, ABSA, Kelly, Real People, PEP S.A. and currently with PEPAfrica
Through these experiences I have developed a keen sense for business design and processes. I have developed a holistic view of business with an accurate eye for problem solving as I am able to unravel processes instantly and rearrange them again. My experience thus far has allowed me to gain a wealth of coaching and mentoring abilities through the senior positions I have attained.
Due to required and continued up skilling, I am a member of the RFI (Registered Financial Institution).
I have also completed a Certificate in Management, 2013, with a curriculum of Business Communication, Marketing Management, Management, Accounting and Economics 1 and 2.
One can never know enough, knowledge is key and my plans are to further my education.
I offer you my hunger to achieve, the willingness to learn and the experience gained working in these highly competitive industries, achieving targets and increasing sales, successful staff training and development and the ability to address underperforming stores and employees.
I am a structured individual, analytical, driven to succeed, creative, and extremely professional in everything that I undertake.
