I WORKED IN THE CALL CENTRE FROM 2001 JULY TILL MAY 2007, I REPORTED FAULTS BOTH BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL,TEST LINES, I WAS ALSO ON QUALITY TEAM MONITORING PERFORMANCE, SALES, ARRANGING FOR SITE MEETING FOR BOTH PRIVATE AND TELKOM TECHNICIANS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SERVICE EFFECTIVELY AND IN TIME FOR OUR CLIENTS. SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT FOR TECHNICIANS FOR BOTH BUSINESS AND CORPORATE CLIENTS. SINCE I WORKED IN CENTRAL REGION AND THAT INVOLVES OTHER SMALL TOWNS SURROUNDING BLOENFONTEIN EVEN FARMS RESPONDED TO THE CLIENT QUERIES, ESCALATION TO MANAGERS IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BY COMING WITH A SOLUTION. I ALSO TRAINED DIFFERENT NEW AGENTS SOME OF THEM EVEN GOT THE JOB OUTSIDE TELKOM, ACTED AS A SUPERVISOR IN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS STARTED WORKING IN THE CALL CENTRE ROTATE WITH OTHER TOP PERFORMING AGENTS.
I ACTED AS A SUPERVISOR WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS WORKING IN THE CALL CENTRE BECAUSE OF MY PERFORMANCE,I WAS TOP PERFORMER AND THE TOP SELLER IN OUR GROUP AND IN THE CENTRE AT THE LATER STAGE. I ACTED AS A SUPERVISOR SINCE THEN TILL THE END OF MY SERVICES IN THE CENTRE FOR BOTH NIGHT SHIFTS FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN MY SUPERVISOR GOES ON LEAVE OR JUST NEEDS TIME OFF. NIGHT SHIFT WAS ONLY FOR US WHO ARE APPOINTED FOR QUALITY TEAM TO ACT FOR SUPERVISOR.
