I have 1 year & 4 months experience in IT & Admin support. I love IT because its a challenge career that is forever growing. It takes a lot of effort to put theory in to practice, however I believe that's how we learn and grow our knowledge. I have a passion for IT Support. The career was never instilled on me, I am a diligent individual who always go the extra mile and face any challenge head-on, I am a confident individual who stops at nothing to arrive at a solution.
My role in this position is
• Troubleshooting when the network is down.
•Connecting staff to their workstation
• Organisation student graduation
• Creating username for staff
• Updating company database
• Liaison with Placement Officer , Students & Clients
• Updating Placement stats
• Booking interviews for students
• Hosting clients
