A fearless, investigative News Journalist with a head for spotting the real story behind the story.

What will you do

• Excellent writing, reporting, interviewing and field-reporting skills

• Excellent proficiency in the English language

• Ability to rapidly claim space on air as a credible source of information

• Reading of news bulletins

• Ability to engage in dialogue with on-air personalities

• Passion for current affairs and journalism

• Flexibility with daily working times

• Commitment to journalistic ethics and accuracy

• Multimedia news experience advantageous

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence

What do you need

• National diploma or equivalent in Journalism or related field, ideally

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a broadcast newsroom

• Valid driver’s license

• Own reliable transport

Preferred:

• Proficiency in radio news software (NewsBoss)

• Online and social media reporting experience

• Ability to start as soon as possible
