Structural Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing design team. As a senior member of the structural packaging team you will be responsible for leading and creating a wide range of packaging concepts that will help our clients bring their products to the market. The ideal candidate will have up to four years previous design experience and be able to demonstrate clear design thought process as they will be responsible for leading projects from concept through to creation. The candidate must also have a meticulous eye for detail whilst also understanding the importance of our role in providing sustainable packaging.

• 3 – 5 years experience in a packaging design role
• Software –Artios CAD
• Manage multiple projects – You must have good time management skills to be able to manage and lead multiple projects at various stages for numerous clients ensuring we meet agreed deadlines.
• Innovative and practical thinker than can work independently or in a team environment with clients and internal sales staff
• Good communication skills both verbally and visually to clearly explain/present your designs
• Development of sustainable and commercially appropriate packaging solutions
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
