Looking for
Creative Video Storytellers with mad experience in
Digital Marketing Campaigns. Especially producing organic, viral video. This role is for creatives who can nail a great concept and then execute. You do NOT need to be on camera or do any editing etc.
You will focus on
idea development and campaign strategy, guiding video storytelling from awareness through to
conversion and donations, for NGO clients.
What you’ll do- Come up with sick ideas for video-led campaign ideas for social platforms
- Build and refine client strategies and pitch decks
- Monitor and analyze social performance to iterate on strategy
- Provide remote creative direction for video production
- Oversee edits through quality control and final delivery
- Write headlines, captions, share text, and CTAs
- Optimize content and messaging for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

You’re someone with…
- Experience doing organic social video campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels: awareness → engagement → conversion → donation
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Bonus: Experience working with NGOs, charities, fundraising campaigns, and/or Ramadan-focused initiatives
What you don’t need
- No on-camera work required
- No filming or editing experience needed
