Job description
Operation of the Screen SAI 7 printing press (reel to reel, flexible media, digital) in a busy, pressurised environment.Duties include setting up the press, performing colour calibrations, machine maintenance, and quality checks.
Requirements
Grade 12 / equivalentMin 2 years experience on the SAI 7 Screen Press/ similar digital printing press - ink jet digital printers, reel to reel, flexible media)
Good understanding of colour management, RIP software and ink profiling
Good working knowledge of large format/label substrates, reel to reel
Good working knowledge of PDFs, Tiffs (files)
