About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced
Customer Service & Administration person to take ownership of our customer communications and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys music, takes initiative, and prides themselves on delivering outstanding service and efficient operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading by example — managing day-to-day customer interactions, supporting team performance, and maintaining high standards of organisation and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, whatsapp, ensuring an exceptional service experience
- Participate in mainly virtual meetings with clients (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc.)
- Monitor and improve customer service standards and response times
- Oversee administrative tasks including record keeping, data entry, scheduling, and documentation
- Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows
- Manage team workloads and ensure key deadlines are met
- Liaise with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of customer and administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
About You- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Proven experience in customer service and office administration
- Confident handling telephone, meetings and written correspondence professionally
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Shared/Google Docs and general business software
- A proactive and dependable team player with a “can-do” attitude
