We're looking for driven, people-focused Estate Agents who thrive in a high-performance sales environment and are passionate about property and building relationships.
Requirements:
- NQF4 Real Estate qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 1 year property sales experience
- Proven track record in property sales or rentals
- Valid EAAB registration & clear criminal record
- Own transport, cell phone & laptop
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Computer literate and fluent in English (2nd languages advantageous)
Responsibilities:
- Source and list new properties
- Conduct valuations and market analysis
- Manage buyer and seller leads
- Negotiate and close deals
- Provide end-to-end client support
