Okushal Drinks, a dynamic and growing proudly local, niche beverage brand, is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to build and nurture strong trade relationships with distributor partners, restaurant chains, retail stores, and drive B2B sales within the hospitality and tourism industry.
What you'll do:- Develop and execute strategies to secure trade deals with key distribution partners
- Grow Okushal’s presence in restaurants, retail outlets, and hospitality venues
- Build lasting partnerships and manage relationships across diverse market channels
- Lead B2B sales efforts targeting the hospitality and tourism sectors
- Negotiate win-win deals that maximise growth and profitability
In summary: relationship building and new market penetration, with volume growth and new accounts focus.
What we offer:- Base salary plus commission adjustable, based on performance — the harder you work, the more you earn!
- Cost to company R300,000 p y / 25k p m base, with an additional 8-12% commission on sales volume, with tiered rates to reward exceeding targets.

Qualifications- Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant sales or trade certifications are a plus
- experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods industries
- Proven track record of securing and managing trade contracts, B2B partnerships, retail, and distributor agreements
- Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies with clear and achievable sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners
- Hands-on experience driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment
