About the company

The company is a fast-moving lead generation agency working with some of the most exciting B2B brands across the UK, US, and beyond. Its mission is simple: to help agencies, SaaS companies, and service-based businesses land meetings with their dream clients—without relying on referrals.

By combining cutting-edge AI tools with smart strategy, the team delivers hyper-personalised outbound campaigns at scale. Now, the company is looking for a sharp, proactive Junior Operations & Marketing Executive to help deliver results for clients and drive the brand forward.

Key responsibilities

Campaign and client delivery support

  • Write and refine outbound email scripts.

  • Upload, test, and QA campaigns using tools such as Smartlead.

  • Work closely with the GTM Engineer to launch campaigns quickly and accurately.

  • Use AI-powered tools to personalise messaging and automate repetitive tasks.

  • Play a key role at the intersection of marketing, campaign execution, and operations.

Marketing support

  • Collaborate with the CEO on marketing assets such as LinkedIn posts, case studies, guides, webinars, and email campaigns.

  • Maintain and evolve brand materials, including the website, outbound playbooks, and educational resources.

  • Keep the brand fresh, relevant, and visible across multiple channels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and suggest smarter, faster ways of working.

Operations and internal success

  • Follow and refine internal SOPs to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

  • Support the head of operations in keeping everything running behind the scenes.

  • Act as the glue that keeps client campaigns on track and meetings flowing.

  • Bring energy, initiative, and practical solutions when priorities shift.

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

  • Strong writing skills with an interest in B2B, digital marketing, or outbound sales.

  • Highly organised, self-directed, and motivated—acting like the CEO of their own role.

  • Passionate about AI and automation, with a mindset for improving how work is done.

  • Curiosity about modern tools such as Smartlead, Notion, Zapier, Webflow, Clay, and ChatGPT.

  • Someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced startup environment where priorities change quickly.



Requirements

  • Strong written communication – ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for outbound campaigns and marketing materials.

  • Organisation and time management – capable of managing multiple projects, following SOPs, and keeping campaigns on track in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical thinking – comfortable with testing, QA, and identifying ways to improve campaigns and processes.

  • Adaptability and initiative – able to respond to shifting priorities with energy and problem-solving mindset.

  • Collaboration – works well with leadership and cross-functional teammates, while also being confident in independent tasks.

  • Tech-savviness – eager to learn and use modern tools such as Smartlead, Notion, Zapier, Webflow, Clay, and AI platforms like ChatGPT.

  • Curiosity for AI and automation – genuine interest in exploring new tools and improving efficiency through automation.

  • Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in campaign setup, QA processes, and brand materials.

  • Marketing awareness – interest in B2B, digital marketing, and outbound sales, with a willingness to learn best practices quickly.
