Senior Software Engineer

An impactful tech studio that blends elegant design, agile methodology, and strategic thinking to convert ideas into products that scale and matter is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Ruby on Rails expertise to join their talented engineering team.

Requirements:

• five+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, including building scalable, performant web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React is a plus).
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, with a focus on optimization and scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and other modern DevOps tools.
• Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with healthcare-related integrations like TPP SystmOne is a huge plus.
• A passion for building meaningful products that improve lives and disrupt healthcare.
