Key responsibilities: Content planning and content- Understand the overall social media needs of the business entities, including the brand customer, product goals and other aspects of service
- Engages with clients entities and external clients and provide social media services
- Crear\tee content appropriate for each of the business entities
- Implement plans to create followers on popular social media websites such as X. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Participation in creative brainstorming
- Creation/ Completion of presentations
Managing social media- Obtain upcoming campaigns for all business entities and create a plan for social media strategies monthly
- Enhance the brands by raising awareness through various social media platforms
- Keep track of the stats of all posting to ensure brand message is constant
- Manage high volume of social media posts daily
- Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating through the company’s social pages
- Manages the company’s social accounts and posts content
- Create content on monthly basis to promote sales, brand and services
Client services and reporting/content performance - Work with clients team to formulate content creations
- Engage with followers in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Engage with clients and obtain feedback on content posted
- Create social media performance reports
- Perform thorough research on latest trends on social media
