Purpose
  • Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content 

Key responsibilities: 


Content planning and content
  • Understand the overall social media needs of the business entities, including the brand customer, product goals and other aspects of service 
  • Engages with clients entities and external clients and provide social media services 
  • Crear\tee content appropriate for each of the business entities 
  • Implement plans to create followers on popular social media websites such as X. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn 
  • Participation in creative brainstorming 
  • Creation/ Completion of presentations

 Managing social media
  • Obtain upcoming campaigns for all business entities and create a plan for social media strategies monthly 
  • Enhance the brands by raising awareness through various social media platforms 
  • Keep track of the stats of all posting to ensure brand message is constant 
  • Manage high volume of social media posts daily 
  • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating through the company’s social pages 
  • Manages the company’s social accounts and posts content 
  • Create content on monthly basis to promote sales, brand and services

Client services and reporting/content performance 
  • Work with clients team to formulate content creations 
  • Engage with followers in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms 
  • Engage with clients and obtain feedback on content posted 
  • Create social media performance reports 
  • Perform thorough research on latest trends on social media 
  • Task completion and engagement rate 
  • Reach & impressions 
  • Content publishing consistency 

Campaign management and execution (AD HOC) 
  • On time delivery of assets (meeting deadlines for content and campaigns)

Desired experience and qualifications
