Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Lead

We are a growing media business focused on delivering impactful brand communication. We’re looking to strengthen our operations by bringing in a finance lead who can drive accuracy, structure, and strategic support.


Who are we looking for

A hands-on senior bookkeeper or financial controller with:

• Solid accounting background
• Strong Sage (One and Evolution) experience
• Leadership skills to manage a small team
• Media, advertising, or creative industry experience (preferred)

What will you do

• Manage day-to-day finance operations
• Lead Sage One to Sage Evolution migration
• Handle VAT submissions, month-end & year-end close
• Prepare management accounts and liaise with auditors
• Oversee debtors/creditors and maintain cash flow
• Produce cost centre reports and support budgeting

What do you need

• BCom/BAcc or equivalent
• 8–10 years’ accounting experience (4+ in a senior role)
• Proven Sage One & Evolution expertise
• Strong VAT, audit prep, and reporting experience
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team leadership and communication abilities
