What You'll Be Doing

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll provide seamless administrative and operational support to businesses and individuals, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing schedules to handling correspondence, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations.
  • Calendar & Inbox Management – You’ll handle scheduling, emails, and prioritising tasks like a pro.
  • Administrative Support – From coordinating appointments to managing online errands, your organisational skills will keep things efficient.
  • Communication & Research – Handling calls, setting reminders, and digging deep into research for reports and presentations.
  • File & Meeting Management – Organising digital files, preparing documents, and taking detailed meeting minutes.
  • Travel & Event Coordination – Booking travel, scheduling webinars, and ensuring smooth logistics when needed.
  • Basic Financial Admin & CRM Management – While not mandatory, experience with invoicing, CRM systems, and financial record-keeping is a plus!
  • Basic Design Skills – Familiarity with Canva (or similar tools) will be beneficial.

  • Detail-Oriented & Problem-Solver – Your attention to detail is second to none. No challenge is too big or too small for you!
  • Proactive & Self-Sufficient – You take initiative and don’t wait for instructions to get things done.
  • Account Management & Growth - You are great at building relationships, strong partnerships, and growing with clients and their businesses.
  • South African Citizen or Permanent Resident – This role is location-specific, and you need to be legally allowed to work in South Africa.
